- It is an automatic centrifugal casting facility that produces liner materials for engines in small & mid-sized automobiles.
- Configuration & Features

- This facility consists of a main body that creates the material by injecting molten metal into the mold, and a cooler that is used to cool the material. Among them, the main device has 8 molds attached to a single disc, and as the disc starts to rotate, the coating/injection/cooling/drawing/cleaning processes are carried out simultaneously in each of the parts in the 8 discs. This process enables the mass production of products within a short period of time. This facility has been designed to allow accurate injection of the correct weight by installing a load cell.
